This stone house with its original stone roof is one of the most charming houses in Bol. It was completely redecorated in 2007 and you will be one of its first guests. Although redecorated, its owner has kept the original style of the period when it was built – 150 years ago. The house occupies the area of 150 m2 and there is one central room of 60m2 on the ground floor comprising of kitchen, dining room and living room. On the first floor there are 3 double bedrooms with sea-view, 1 single bedroom and 2 bathrooms. The house is fully equipped and every detail is tastefully chosen/satellite TV, internet access, BBQ/. There is no air conditioning system, but if you keep the shutters closed during the day, 80cm thick walls will keep the temperature pleasant.
You will be only a few minutes away from the village centre and popular cafés. The nearest beach is 10 minutes walking distance. To “Zlatni rat” beach you can take the small tourist train or a 20min stroll along the cost and under the pine trees.
